Attending the cabbage patch to watch the rugby on Sunday afternoon to get treated as though I was lower class being stuck outside in a marquee on a park bench when paying near £6 per pint with no heaters in the height of December is a joke! Having no mention in email when the booking confirmation came through so didn’t dress to be sitting outside in -1 temperatures. Rude staff who didn’t help and ended up arguing about whether myself and my family were from the same household or not. They need to look at their staff values as without custom the bar staff would no longer have a job! It use to be an enjoyable experience coming to this pub once upon a time to which it is currently no longer.
